Florida law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation, and name of employer for each individual whose aggregate contributions exceed $100 in a calendar year.  Donors must provide as clear a description as practicable of the principal type of business conducted for corporations contributing.

No person may, in any election, make contributions in excess of $1,000 to a candidate for a countywide candidate.

The primary and general elections are separate elections.

Federal law prohibits contributions from foreign nationals to any federal, state, or local candidate, unless the foreign national possesses a green card.
